HEMFA Odoo Backup Terms of Service

HEMFA Odoo Backup is intended for authorized use with Odoo environments managed by HEMFA or authorized customers.
Authorized Use
By using this service, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to access the associated Odoo environment.
- You are authorized to connect the selected Google Account.
- You authorize the service to store backup files in Google Drive.
Backup Operation
Backups are created according to the schedules, destinations and retention policies configured by an authorized administrator.
User Responsibilities
- Maintaining sufficient Google Drive storage capacity.
- Protecting access to Odoo and Google accounts.
- Maintaining appropriate backup schedules and retention settings.
- Ensuring they are authorized to back up the associated data.
Third-Party Services
The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Google Drive. Continuous availability of third-party services cannot be guaranteed.
