HEMFA Odoo Backup Privacy Policy

HEMFA Odoo Backup is used to create and store backups from authorized Odoo environments in a Google Drive account selected and authorized by the user.
Google Data Access
The application may access Google Drive for the purpose of:
- Uploading Odoo backup files.
- Storing backups inside configured Google Drive folders.
- Listing backup files required for backup management.
- Removing old backup files according to configured retention settings.
OAuth Credentials
The application may securely store OAuth authorization credentials, including refresh tokens, inside the associated Odoo system. These credentials allow scheduled backups to run without requiring the user to sign in to Google for every backup operation.
Use of Google User Data
Google user data is used only to provide the backup functionality described in this policy. Google user data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Data Sharing
Google user data is not shared with third parties except where technically required to provide the requested backup functionality or where required by law.
Backup Retention
Backup files remain in the authorized Google Drive account according to the backup and retention settings configured by an authorized administrator.
Revoking Access
Users can revoke the application's access to their Google Account through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.
